BROOKVILLE’s commitment to after sales service has developed a product Life Cycle Management (LCM) program for its extensive line of equipment. Managed through the company’s dedicated service group, Brookville Services LLC, the implementation of an LCM is the process of managing our products from their customer approved design through to their retirement.
Brookville Services’ LCM contracts begin with extensive maintenance training on the equipment. LCM support can be customized to include on-site service engineers that plan and implement your preventative & demand maintenance programs, perform wear & damage analysis, and provide on-site assistance and monitoring for our customers. Brookville Service’s LCM programs are custom designed for our customers and can also include fixed cost contracts, pre-move inspections, and general/mid-life rebuild programs established for each type of equipment.
A Brookville Services’ LCM program will provide added value to every BROOKVILLE in your fleet, maximizing the equipment’s availability and providing operator’s the support they need to maintain the equipment past its expected lifecycle. Our LCM program manages the equipment so you can focus on managing your operation.
Life Cycle Management is vital to proper maintenance of critical equipment. BROOKVILLE is committed to aligning our programs with our customer’s needs because we want to make sure you are getting the lowest cost per hour over the life of your equipment.
