BROOKVILLE’s Rick Graham (pictured to the right with CEO and Chairman Dalph McNeil) was recently promoted to President after serving for 14 months as Chief Financial Officer at the manufacturer which has a 99 year history delivering custom rail-mounted equipment, including streetcars, locomotives, and mining and tunneling equipment.
As President, Mr. Graham will oversee all strategic and daily operations at BROOKVILLE, including business development, engineering and design, operations, project management, quality and safety, finance, and human resources.
Mr. Graham’s experience as Chief Financial Officer included interfacing with and providing direction for each of BROOKVILLE’s departments – building relationships and strategic initiatives he will now expand upon as President.
“In 2016, we focused on putting the systems in place to ensure early delivery for our customers. In 2017 and beyond, we will continue to improve our efficiencies and processes to benefit our existing clients, while also hopefully earning opportunities to work with even more transit agencies, miners, construction companies, and railroads,” Graham said. “We want to grow our reputation as the dependable, collaborative, all-American manufacturing partner for custom rail-mounted equipment and service needs and to be viewed as a true extension of our client’s operation. Upon joining BROOKVILLE in October 2015, Mr. Graham brought with him two decades of financial leadership from a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare. Mr. Graham also held CFO positions with two organizations and served as an independent consultant for more than 15 years. He holds an MBA from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Rick is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Mr. Graham succeeds Marion Van Fosson who had served as BROOKVILLE President since December 2014.
